Since our firm's inception, our primary focus has been in the area of general family law including divorce. We represent clients in uncontested and contested divorces, child support, modification and enforcement, paternity and legitimation, custody and visitation, domestic violence, adoptions, juvenile law, child deprivation, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.

Our firm's founding attorney, Jody A. Miller has an extensive educational and professional background. Ms. Miller graduated from Emory University with degrees in History and English. Ms. Miller earned a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Georgia Terry School of Business, and a law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
